Ingredients: Tuna Pasta

  • 4 servings desired Pasta
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Tuna drained
  • 1 can (8 oz) Sliced Mushrooms drained
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic in Water
  • Lemon Juice
  • Vinegar (White Balsamic or Apple Cider)

How to Make Tuna Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Tuna Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In one pot, boil water and fully cook pasta. Then strain. I prefer using Linguine noodles.
  • Step 2
  • In a skillet, while pasta is cooking, add Oil and Tuna, stir to mix together. Cook on medium heat.
  • Step 3
  • Add all four Spices and Mushrooms then stir together. Cook completely.
  • Step 4
  • Add 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice and 2 Tbsp of Vinegar then let simmer until liquids are mostly gone.
  • Step 5
  • Top tuna mix on pasta. Splash with desired amount of lemon juice and vinegar and enjoy!
