  • to taste pepper
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tuna can in sunflower oil
  • 1 cooking chorizo, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon, olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • 4 eggs

How to Make Tuna Scrambled Eggs

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt and pepper. Then add the tuna and mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan, over a slow to medium heat.
  • Step 3
  • Add the chorizo, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the onion and continue to cook for a further 4-5 minutes or until the onions have softened.
  • Step 4
  • Add the egg mixture and cook for another 5 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked. Continue to break up the eggs by mixing well throughout the cooking time.
