  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 bunches Mizuna greens
  • 1 Shredded nori seaweed
  • 1 Wasabi
  • 3 tbsp Chinese chicken stock powder
  • 1 Butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

How to Make Tuna Soup Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Tuna Soup Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fry the tuna and onion in the oil from the tuna can, and add butter for fragrance.
  • Step 2
  • Add 5 ladles full of the pasta boiling water and the stock powder. Add the mizuna and boil until wilted.
  • Step 3
  • Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. If the flavour is too weak, add a little more. You can add white wine too, if you'd like.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer the boiled pasta to serving plates, and pour the soup on top. There's no need to mix or stir-fry everything in the frying pan.
  • Step 5
  • Top with some shredded nori and wasabi to finish Mix everything well on the plates, and enjoy.
