  • 1 lrg. head Broccoli, cut in chunks
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1 15 oz. can Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 tbs. Sherry (or beer)
  • 1/2 tsp. each, salt and pepper
  • 1 Sliced cooked Turkey or Chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

How to Make Turkey Divan

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Turkey Divan in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place broccoli in 13 × 9 inch pan.
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter in saucepan, add flour bring just to boil, stirring with wisk.
  • Step 3
  • Add broth. Mix. Add milk, sherry, s+p. Bring to boil, stir and cook 2 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Pour 1/2 of sauce over broccoli.
  • Step 5
  • Place turkey slices on top.
  • Step 6
  • Add cheese to remaining sauce, pour over turkey.
  • Step 7
  • Sprinkle more parm. cheese on top.
  • Step 8
  • Bake at 375° for 30 mins. Serve wirh rice.
