  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

How to Make Turkey Meatballs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Turkey Meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray casserole pan with olive oil and place in oven while preheating.
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with your hands. Shape into 30 meatballs, approximately 1" across.
  • Step 3
  • Cook meatballs for 15 minutes, flip, then cook for 5 more minutes or until crispy on the outside. Cut one in half to make sure the inside is cooked through. Enjoy!
