  • 2 lbs LEAN ground turkey
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli,...)
  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic pressed or minced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (NOT INSTANT)
  • 1/4 cup milk or ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Tbls cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Tbls garlic powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp or eyeball, ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder (add more if needed)
  • sprinkle cayenne pepper
  • pinch salt

How to Make Turkey Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Turkey Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • Mix all ingredients until well incorporated
  • Step 3
  • Either smooth out in 9x13 casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or....
  • Step 4
  • Using a spoon or your hands make individual loaves "footballs" on a lined cookie sheet this recipe yields 9 single serving loaves. Bake for 30-35 minutes
  • Step 5
