  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 14 oz chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cup diced or shredded turkey
  • 2 cup frozen mixed vegetales
  • 1 packages buttery biscuit dough (tube)

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add onions.
  • Step 3
  • Add flour, salt and pepper. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk.
  • Step 4
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick and bubbly.
  • Step 5
  • Stir in turkey and vegetables. Remove from heat.
  • Step 6
  • Pour mixture in ungreased 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Step 7
  • Flatten biscuits out to about 1/4 inch thick. Lay on top of turkey mixture. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
