  • 2 cup rice
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • celery seed
  • black pepper
  • onion, chopped
  • Hungarian hot peprika
  • chopped parsley
  • 2 1/2 cup turkey stock

How to Make Turkey rice cassarol

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Turkey rice cassarol in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Take turkey wings in the crock pot. Fill with water. (You can do this in a pot but if your like me you work long hours, this works great.)
  • Step 2
  • After cooking all day, remove from crock pot and remove meat. Chop into smaller pieces.
  • Step 3
  • Place uncooked rice in cassarol dish. Add the following ingredients. (You can already cook the rice before placing it in the cassarol dish. Just make sure you use the turkey stock, 3 cups)
  • Step 4
  • After adding all the ingredients in cassarol dish add chopped turkey. Stir together.
  • Step 5
  • Bake at 400°F for 35mins.
  • Step 6
  • Enjoy.
