  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbl. chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbl. chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbl. Rice wine vineger
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbl. Sesame oil
  • 3 tbl. packed Brown sugar
  • 2 tbl. Hoisen sauce or honey
  • 1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 bunch Green onions, sliced

How to Make Turkey Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Turkey Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start your rice.
  • Step 2
  • Prep ingredients and make a slurry of cornstarch and water (keep separate).
  • Step 3
  • Cook meat in 1 tsp. Oil on high heat till pink is gone. Add sauce, bring to boil, set aside.
  • Step 4
  • Stir fry vegs. in large saucpan on high heat in 1 tbl. oil until just beginning to soften.
  • Step 5
  • Add meat mixture to vegs. Bring to boil. Add slurry a 1/4 cup at a time until desired thickness.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with rice.
