  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup onion, chopped (1 small)
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 10 3/4 oz cream-of-mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 8 oz button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 8 oz egg noodles

How to Make Turkey Stroganoff

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Turkey Stroganoff in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey, onion and garlic 8-10 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Step 2
  • Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and saute in a small skillet with a bit of olive oil until softened.
  • Step 3
  • Stir soup, mushrooms, and salt into the meat mixture. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Meanwhile, cook the noodles.
  • Step 5
  • Stir the sour cream into the meat skillet and heat through.
  • Step 6
  • Serve over hot noodles.
