  • 1 tbsp ground coriander seed
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 red or green chili
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • topping
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 turkish flatbread

How to Make Turkish flatbread with kebab and mint dressing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Turkish flatbread with kebab and mint dressing in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven. Warm the flatbread.
  • Step 2
  • Chop the garlic, ginger, chili and onion and mix with the beef. Ad the coriander, Worcester sauce and mustard and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  • Slice the carrot, cucumber, Cabage and onion. Mix in the vinegar. Season with salt.
