  • Yogurt sauce
  • 50 grams Yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Parsley (finely chopped)
  • Filling of your choice
  • 1 Tomato, bell pepper, fresh parsley, lettuce, and onion

How to Make Turkish Pizza - Roll with Plenty of Vegetables

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 13 steps you must follow to make Turkish Pizza - Roll with Plenty of Vegetables in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • To make the dough. Add the all-purpose flour, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Pour the boiling water into it.

  • Cut the tomato and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the lettuce. Slice the onion and soak in a bowl of water.

  • Top the dough with the vegetables, and pour the yogurt sauce on top. Roll it up as you would roll sushi and it is done.
