  • 2 burrito size tortillas
  • 4 tbsp guacamole

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 roasted bell pepper; red, yellow, or orange; cut into strips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and jack cheeses
  • 1/2 cup white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mole sauce
  • 1 salt and pepper

How to Make Twisted Beef Burritos

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Twisted Beef Burritos in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat large saute pan. Add beef. No oil. Add dried spices. Saute for approximately 10 minutes or until beef is fully browned. Drain.

  • Variations; Add pinto or black bean puree or whole, salsa verde, more mole sauce, pico de gallo, roasted tomatoes, spanish rice, mexican rice pilaf, bacon.
