  • 1/2 each Bag (8oz) of Sweet baby cut carrots - cut in half
  • 1 each Zucchini squash - medium chopped
  • 1 large Onion - medium chopped
  • 2 each Cloves of garlic - sliced
  • 1 salt and go easy on the pepper (will explain in directions)
  • 1 Water

  • Put veggies in stock pot, add water just until it covers the vegetables
