  • 1 serving's worth Boiled udon
  • 3 slice -1 1/2 rashers of regular bacon) Half-strip of bacon
  • 1 Shimeji mushrooms
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 ●Egg
  • 2 tbsp ●Grated cheese
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 2 cm's worth Grated garlic
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

How to Make Udon Carbonara

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Udon Carbonara in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces. Combine the ingredients marked ● and mix well. Coat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the garlic.
  • Step 2
  • When the garlic has become fragrant, add and fry the bacon and mushrooms. When cooked through, add the milk and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
  • Wash the udon noodles to remove their starchiness. Strain and add to the frying pan.
  • Step 4
  • Add the ingredients marked ● and mix until it is a suitable firmness. Transfer to a serving bowl, season with black pepper, and it's done.
