  • 4 large Russet Potatoes
  • 8 slice Bacon
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp salted/unsalted butter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Spanish Onions
  • 1/4 cup Dry Chives
  • 1 Olive Oil

How to Make Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat Oven to 350, Bake oiled potatoes for 1 hour.
  • Step 2
  • Fry Bacon, Crumble and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Blend Garlic cloves and Onions in blender, leave in blender.
  • Step 4
  • Remove potatoes from oven, let cool for 15 mins. They should be warm to help melt butter when blending. Slice potatoes in half.
  • Step 5
  • Scoop out potato halves, put potato and skins in blender or processor for a creamy texture.
  • Step 6
  • Add milk, butter, sour cream, and shredded cheese, salt & pepper into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 7
  • Spoon mixture into scooped out potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese, chives and bacon on top of potatoes. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
