  • 1 lb Italian sausage or ground beef
  • 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce (24 oz jar)
  • 2 cup Shredded mozzarella (or your favorite)
  • 1 Mushrooms, black olives, pepperoni or other favorite toppings

How to Make Upside-down Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Upside-down Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
  • Cook your sausage or beef until no longer pink.
  • Step 3
  • Pour spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

  • Top sauce with cooked meat and any other favorite toppings.
  • Step 5
  • Layer on cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Lay the crescent rolls on top of everything in the pan.
  • Step 7
  • Unroll the crescent rolls into one long sheet, pinching seams together.
  • Step 8
  • Bake according to the time on the crescent roll package. At least 15min. or until top is lightly browned.
  • Step 9
  • If you use ground beef, I suggest finding garlic flavored crescent rolls. They add extra flavor.
