How to Make Using Pancake Mix, Oil-free, Baked Cocoa Doughnuts

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Using Pancake Mix, Oil-free, Baked Cocoa Doughnuts in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven up to 335℉ (170℃) for 20 minutes. Take your baking molds and drop in whatever toppings you'd like on your doughnuts. You can skip this step if you want.
  • Step 2
  • Put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag and close the seal. Be careful not to rip the bag but massage the ingredients well.
  • Step 3
  • Once you have finished mixing, move the batter to the bottom of the bag.
  • Step 4
  • Once the batter comes together, it should look like this.
  • Step 5
  • Cut a slit in the corner that is 5mm long. The batter is soft and it comes out easily so make sure to cut the bag near your baking tray.
  • Step 6
  • As if you were drawing a circle, pour the batter into the molds. If there are parts that need more, just add some more to make sure all of the molds look even.
  • Step 7
  • Lightly tap the tray against the counter to get the air bubbles out. Next bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. They are done if a bamboo skewer poked through comes out clean.
  • Step 8
  • Leave them in the tray when they are done and let them cool. Then take them out of the molds. They should be moist and plump. You can make them in a cupcake tray too.
  • Step 9
  • I made a new discovery! I made a peanut butter, chocolate, and white chocolate version. These are delicious.
  • Step 10
  • I made another new discovery! This is actually for slices of toast but it suits the recipe well. You can mix it into the batter or you can top the batter with it once you've poured it into a tray.
