Ingredients: V8 Goulash

  • oz 1 64oz bottle V8 veggie juice.(regular or spicy)
  • 1 box macaroni noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger meat ( I use lean)
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 salt pepper to taste (optional)

How to Make V8 Goulash

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make V8 Goulash in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Saute hamburger and onion till hamburger is cooked through and onions are tender. Add salt pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
  • While hamburger is cooking pour V8 juice into slow cooker, add cans of diced tomato. Turn cooker to low.
  • Step 3
  • When hamburger is done drain and pour into slow cooker. Stir.
  • Step 4
  • Add garlic powder, garlic salt, salt pepper to taste. Let cook on low 2-3 hours to let flavors combine.
  • Step 5
  • When ready boil water and cook macaroni and drain. Add to slow cooker stir. Serve :)
