Ingredients: Vanilla fudge

  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 350 grams Castor sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make Vanilla fudge

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Vanilla fudge in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Line 18cm baking tray or grease with oil. Melt butter, sugar and milk in saucepan ( stirring all the time ) and bring to boil once melted ( keep stirring )
  • Step 2
  • Continue to stir until it turns light brown, after 10-15 min or just when it starts to brown ( reaches softball stage ) then set aside to cool for 5 min
  • Step 3
  • When cooled, stir in vanilla extract until lovely golden brown
  • Step 4
  • Pour into baking tray then cool at room temperature ( dont put into fridge ) .
  • Step 5
  • Cut into squares when set.
