  • handful peanuts
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small lemon

  • Chop all the veggies given.
  • Step 2
  • Roast the peanuts. And crush them.
  • Step 3
  • In a pan put a teaspoon of olive oil. Put chopped cabbage, bell pepper and carrot in it. Let it be cooked for about 2-3 minutes till carrot gets little bit soft.
  • Step 4
  • Now take all the vegetables in the bowl and put a pinch of salt and black pepper on it.

  • Put the crushed peanuts in the salad.

  • Squeeze half a lemon on the salad and mix it well.
