  • 1/2 medium yellow onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz. vegan chorizo
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes
  • 28 oz canned kidney beans

How to Make Vegan Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Vegan Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice onion, and slice bell pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Warm olive oil in a medium-large soup pot. Add onion and bell pepper and sweat until translucent.
  • Step 3
  • Remove chorizo from casing, and crumble it into the pot.
  • Step 4
  • Slice up the mushrooms and add them to the pot.
  • Step 5
  • Dump in your tomatoes. Make sure to break them up with a spatula or a wooden spoon if they're not already crushed.
  • Step 6
  • Rinse the kidney beans and stir them into the pot.
