  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 large potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth powder
  • 2 Tbsp lemongrass
  • 5 dried bay leaves
  • 1 c. soy milk
  • 1 c. tofu, veggy meat diced
  • 2 c. carrots cur in 1" pieces
  • 2 Tbsp curry
  • 2 Tbsp coconut powder

How to Make Vegan Curry (Cari)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Vegan Curry (Cari) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fry potato in oil, veggy broth powder, and lemongrass to lightly browned.
  • Step 2
  • Add 1 Tbsp curry, and carrots to pan, stir and fry for couple of minutes, add water to 1 inch above the potatoes and carrots on medium heat.
  • Step 3
  • Add diced tofu or veggy meat, soy milk, bay leaf, 1 Tbsp curry, put lid on pan, let simmer 10 min.
  • Step 4
  • Add coconut powder and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Eat with rice.
