  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 your favourite homemade jam
  • 2 tsp baking powder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Vegan Roulade in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 250C
  • Step 2
  • mash the bananas with a stick blender.
  • Step 3
  • mix sugar, flour and baking powder
  • Step 4
  • pour the mashed bananas in and add the 2 tablespoons of water and mix with the stick blender
  • Step 5
  • make a baking pan of baking paper and pour the mix in and make sure it is even distributed.
  • Step 6
  • put the plate in the bottom of the oven for 5 minutes
  • Step 7
  • spread sugar on a piece of baking paper
  • Step 8
  • flip out of the cake of the baking panon the sugar and put your choice of jam on and use the baking paper to roll your roulade
  • Step 9
  • take your cake and RUN! It is so yummy that people might fight over the last piece. ♥
