  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 1 bag frozen vegan meatballs
  • 4 zucchinis spiraled

    Step 1
  • Combine stock, milk, flour, soy sauce, pepper and rosemary in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened (anywhere frm 7-12 minutes depending on your cooking style).
  • Step 2
  • Reduce heat to simmer and add meatballs. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on the type of meatball you are using.
  • Step 3
  • Proceed to finish with your choice of pasta. If using zucchini noodles, remove from heat and add noodles, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. If using grain-based pre-cooked pasta, dish out noodles and spoon meatballs and sauce over pasta. Cooking dry noodles in sauce should not be attempted.
