  • 1/4 cup oinion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 large portabella mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 head fresh broccoli with stems
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp each of oinion powder, garlic powder and ginger powder
