  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 large rutabaga
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 envelope Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix

How to Make Vegetable Beef Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There is 1 step you must follow to make Vegetable Beef Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pot; place beef stock, beef broth, your envelopes of soup mixes, roast/stewing beef and bring to a boil. Next, cut up your onion, potatoes and rutabaga, place in the pot and return to a boil. After half hour to an hour, add the frozen vegetables and boil. Take out your meat and shred it, place it in the pot and simmer for another hour.
