  • 4 Whole wheat tortillas
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 100 g cabbage
  • 100 g french beans
  • 2 carrots
  • to taste red chillies
  • 1/2 tsp crumbed black pepper corns
  • to taste salt
  • 1-2 tsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander

How to Make Vegetable Fajitas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Vegetable Fajitas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut cottage cheese into fingers, cauliflower into small flowerets, shred the cabbage, cut beans diagonally and carrots into small fingers.
  • Step 2
  • For filling take paneer, cauliflower, beans, carrots, red chilly, vinegar and seasoning with 1 tbsp oil and mix well and keep aside for 20 min.
  • Step 3
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add garlic and onion and saute for a while, take out paneer from the marinated vegetables and keep aside, add all the other vegetables to the pan and stir fry on moderate heat for 1-2 min., or till the vegetables are cooked. Add coriander, paneer and seasoning and cook for a while and take off the heat.
  • Step 4
  • Take a tortilla and cook it on a griddle till golden. Spread a table spoon of sour cream on the tortilla, then add vegetables and salsa to it and roll it and serve.
