  • 5 medium Shrimp
  • 4 spears Asparagus
  • 2 leaves Cabbage
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tablesppon Consommé stock granules
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Vegetable Filled Shrimp & Squid Garlic Stir-Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Vegetable Filled Shrimp & Squid Garlic Stir-Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut off the hard end section of the asparagus and cut into 3-4 cm long pieces. Roughly chop up the cabbage. Remove the stem from the eggplant and chop into chunks.
  • Step 2
  • Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and rinse. Thinly slice the garlic.
  • Step 3
  • Only use the tentacles and body of the squid. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the skin from the shrimp and take out the intestines.
  • Step 4
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic until fragrant. Then add the squid, shrimp, asparagus, cabbage, and eggplant, and stir-fry.
  • Step 5
  • Add the consommé and sake. Cover with a lid and let it steam on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and continue stir-frying. Flavor with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 7
  • Transfer to a dish and enjoy.
