  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • 1/4 cup cubed potato
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 5 cup idli flour

    Step 1
  • boil all the vegetables
  • Step 2
  • in pan pour oil add all the vegetables and saute for a minute
  • Step 3
  • add turmeric powder stir well and pour the tomato paste add all the remaining spice powders and let it simmer till they form a thick water less state
  • Step 4
  • in idli moulds pour the idli batter and spoon the finished topping on the idli mould and steam in high for five minutes and simmer for ten minutes
  • Step 5
  • tastes awesome with groundnut or coconut chutney or both
