  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Corn
  • 1/4 cup grated Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Wheat Bread slices

How to Make Vegetable Toast

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Vegetable Toast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat Olive oil in a pan.
  • Step 2
  • Once oil is hot add in all diced vegetables.
  • Step 3
  • Mix and allow it to cook for 2 mts.
  • Step 4
  • Season veggies with grated garlic, pepper, oregano and green chilli.
  • Step 5
  • Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 more mts.
  • Step 6
  • Now take bread slices and toast them in a toaster for just about 30 to 40 seconds.
  • Step 7
  • Now spread cooked veggies over toasted bread evenly.
  • Step 8
  • Top that up with mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 9
  • Broil in the oven for just about a mt or so or until cheese is melted.
  • Step 10
  • Serve hot!
