  • 100 g udon noodles
  • sesame seeds
  • VEGGIES:
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1/3 red bell pepper
  • 100 g soja shoots
  • 75 g corn
  • THE SAUCE:
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp soja sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.5 cm fresh ginger

How to Make Vegetable udon wok

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Vegetable udon wok in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop onions, carrots and the bell pepper to long strips and broccoli to small florets.
  • Step 2
  • Fry all veggies adding them to the pan in the same order as listed. Fry until nice and aromatic and starting to brown, preferably with a little butter.
  • Step 3
  • Prepare the sauce. Grate the garlic and ginger and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step 4
  • Boil noodles accordig to instructions on the packet.
  • Step 5
  • And finally mix everything together on the pan.
  • Step 6
  • Serve and garnish with some sesame seeds. Enjoy !
