  • 1/2 cup pecan flour/ meal
  • filling
  • 1 cup sliced mixed carrots yellow and orange
  • 1 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup walnuts
  • topping
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup tomato sauce

How to Make Vegetables and ground meat pie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Vegetables and ground meat pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Mix all the crust ingredients. Mix them well.
  • Step 3
  • Microwave, or steam the filling vegetables, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower for a total of 9 minutes.

  • In a deep dish pie pan put your crust mixture in bottom and sides set the rest aside.
  • Step 5
  • Add walnuts and steam vegetables to bottom crust add shredded cheese. Sprinkle with some salt.

  • Form like patties the crust for top. Add to top in sections. Then smooth it out add thinly sliced onions. Add cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • After its baked add tomato sauce, and bake 7 more minutes. Take out cover 10 minutes, serve hope you enjoy!
