  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 clove garlic cloves sliced
  • sauce
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 28 oz tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • heat
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes, each bowl, optional

How to Make Vegetarian chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Vegetarian chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Peel and cube the eggplant. Coat with butter, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Layer on a baking pan and roast 30 minutes.
