  • 1 dash ★Soy sauce
  • Soup:
  • 300 to 400 ml ◎Broth made from the dried shredded daikon and dehydrated shiitake mushroom
  • 1/8 ◎Onion
  • 1 small piece ◎Ginger
  • Soup seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp ◆Sesame paste
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons ◆Miso
  • 1 tsp ◆Doubanjiang
  • 1 tbsp ♦Sake or mirin
  • 1 tbsp ◆Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ◆Vinegar
  • 1 ◆Ground sesame seeds
  • Toppings
  • 1/3 packet Bean sprouts
  • 1 Any greens or vegetables of your choice
  • 1 Green onions or radish sprouts

How to Make Vegetarian Dan Dan Noodles with Shredded Daikon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Vegetarian Dan Dan Noodles with Shredded Daikon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Prepare the mock mincemeat ingredients. Loosen the dried shredded daikon. Quickly rinse the dried shredded daikon and dried shiitake mushrooms, and soak in water.
