  • 5 cm Zucchini
  • 2 rice bowls' worth Sushi rice
  • 1 Olive oil

  • 1 Soy sauce with wasabi mixed in

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Vegetarian Zucchini Sushi in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the zucchini into rounds 2-3 mm thick! It's easier to shape it with rice if it's thinner.
  • Step 2
  • Lightly coat a frying pan with olive oil, and fry the zucchini from Step 1 on both sides. Don't forget to sprinkle on a little salt.
  • Step 3
  • Now you have sushi rice and zucchini to make sushi balls.
  • Step 4
  • Place a slice of cooled zucchini onto a piece of plastic wrap, and put a small mound of rice (bite-sized) on top.
  • Step 5
  • Squeeze and shape into a ball!!
  • Step 6
  • It goes really well with wasabi and soy sauce.
