Ingredients: Veggie Bake

  • 2 zucchini, ends trimmed, halved twice and diced
  • 2 carrots, ends trimmed, halved twice and diced
  • 2 yellow squash, ends trimmed, halved twice and diced
  • 1 sweet onion, halved and quarted
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Flavored Olive Oil

How to Make Veggie Bake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Veggie Bake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Step 2
  • Saving the breadcrumbs for last, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then add the bread crumbs. (This gets messy). Using your hands, combine all ingredients until completely covered.
  • Step 3
  • Grease a baking dish and add the veggies to the pan. Cook for 45 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Add a dash of parmesan on top for extra flavor! Enjoy!!
