  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup sliced green olives
  • 2 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp dill weed or fennel weed
  • 1 salt to taste

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 14 steps you must follow to make Veggie Briryani in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil your rice set aside
  • Step 2
  • Mix all your vegetables and spices set aside dill tomatoes onions
  • Step 3

  • Rice on top heat on low with lid let it steam
  • Step 14
  • Garnish the top with dill weed or fennel, tomatoes and onions
