  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Crackers
  • onion powder
  • greek seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • 1 cup Daiya dairy free vegan cheese
  • flour
  • Earthbalance vegan butter (lactose free)
  • hot peppers (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp Bhut jolokia pepper (powder)
  • 1/2 tsp Habanero powder (or 1 habanero pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp Jalapeño powder (or 1 jalapeño pepper)

How to Make Veggie Burgers (Lactose Free)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Veggie Burgers (Lactose Free) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain, and mash Garbanzo beans. In a seperate container, mill the crackers to a powder. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Core and slice Red and green peppers. ** if you are adding habanero/jalapeño peppers, chop them up and add them with the red and green peppers.
  • Step 3
  • Mix all the chopped peppers to the garbanzo beans. Add eggs, crackers, and cheese. Mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Add in the greek seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and bhut jolokia. Mix well.
  • Step 5
  • form patties and coat them with flour on both sides. then bake them in a little butter until they are slightly crispy. Enjoy.
