  • 1 lb Frozen Shrimp
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 can Minced garlic
  • 1 Green bell pepper diced
  • 3 Diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Parsley
  • 1 lb White Rice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

    Step 1
  • Mix butter and garlic intil butter is completely melted
  • Step 2
  • Add tomatoes/parsley/green bell pepper and simmer about 15 minutes

  • When shrimp are,completely heated, add lemon juice and simmer again for 15 minutes. Serve over bed of white rice with juices from pot.
