  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 cubes Consomme soup stock
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 30 grams Macaroni
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Dried parsley

How to Make Veggie-packed Minestrone

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Veggie-packed Minestrone in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the vegetables and bacon into 1cm cubes. Soak the potatoes in water and drain well before using.
  • Step 2
  • Heat up the olive oil in a pot and cook the bacon on a medium heat.

  • Step 6
  • You can top it with parmesan cheese or dried parsley.
