  • 3 egg plants
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 olive oil

How to Make Veggie stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Veggie stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the 3 egg plants how ever you want them
  • Step 2
  • Chop the tomato how you want to
  • Step 3
  • Mince the onion
  • Step 4
  • Chop the green bell pepper however you want it
  • Step 5
  • In a frying pan heat the oil. When the oil is hot put in the chopped tomato then the onion and green bell pepper. Then put in the chopped egg plants ( the purple skin will turn brown when done).
  • Step 6
  • Serve over pasta or brown rice like I did.
