  • 3 tilapia filets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carotts

  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped parsley
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 dill
  • 210 grams precooked rice
  • 1 corn
  • 1 chopped chives
