  • 3 small carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 packages spring rolls or filo pastry
  • 1 vegetable oil for frying
  • Dipping
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 dill, chopped
  • 1 olive oil
