  • 1/3 tsp Salt

    Step 1
  • Chicken thighs.
  • Step 2
  • Pierce the skin side of the chicken, about 15 times.
  • Step 3
  • Season with 1.5 tablespoons of sake and 1/3 teaspoon of salt. Rub with the meat and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • For the teriyaki sauce, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sake, 2 tablespoons of mirin, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
