  • 5 grams Gelatin powder

  • For the sauce
  • 2 tbsp Jam (marmalade, strawberry, blueberry)
  • 30 ml Water

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle gelatin powder in hot water to dissolve.
  • Step 2
  • Pour milk and sugar in the sauce pan and warm over medium heat. Shake the pot to dissolve the sugar.

  • Combine slowly, chilling the pot over ice water.
