  • 24 cocktail sticks / toothpicks
  • 1 cucumber halved lengthwise or something else to use as a base

  • Put the cucumber cutside down onto a serving tray

  • You can always use chocolate log cakes in place of cucumber. I used mini marshmallows to demonstrate and doubled them up to make longer stalks
