  • 4 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 oil for frying
  • 140 grams rice crumbs or flour
