  • 56 grams (1/2 cup) ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking soda / bicarb
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum if using gf flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100 grams (3/4 cup) plain chocolate chips
