  • 75 grams dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp linseeds/flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp shelled sunflower seeds
  • 250 grams low-fat plain yogurt
  • Fruity Topping
  • 300 grams mixed berries
  • 50 grams dried apple
  • 4 tsp runny honey/maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 250 grams low-fat plain yogurt
  • Compote Topping
  • 100 grams dried apricots, chopped
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cardamom pods, squashed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted pistachio nuts, chopped

  • The info for the basic porridge is 120 calories per bowl. Adding the honey nut topping makes it approximately 295 calories per serving. Seeded is around 250 kcal, Fruit is around 230kcal and the Compote topping is around 220kcal
